Some imagery that came to mind while we were discussing the walk home was Brooklyn. We had also mentioned in class possibly a bridge overhead while she is walking home. I wanted to combine these images. I included some reference images that I was looking at while sketching this drawing.I am also really found of the idea of the magician being a woman. Here are some silhouettes I was thinking of. I was also thinking about the style of the city from the concept work from The Incredibles would be appropriate for very flat world of the beginning of the film.
